10.0The breakfast options weren't very diverse, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel is in a great location.
− This was our first family trip since coming to the US, and since accommodation is the most important part of traveling for us, we were incredibly satisfied. We didn't experience any major inconveniences or downsides during our stay. Overall, I would give this place a very high rating. If we visit Dallas again, we will definitely stay here. The staff were all so kind and left a great impression. Thank you all!
Turning a bad situation into a good one.
10.0We had our flight canceled on American Airlines and had to spend the night. The Hilton Garden in came up in our search close to the airport. We made the reservation online, which was very smooth. We then called to verify the location as there were two locations of the hotel we spoke to the front desk clerk her name was LaTanya. She was very helpful and very friendly and confirmed that we were in fact at RESERVATIONS for that evening we made our way to the hotel. We walked through the lobby. Everything was clean and neat. LaTanya was at the front desk, welcoming and warm, and funny. It made us laugh which we needed to do after such not a horrible experience but what could’ve been an even worse experience she made the evening light we checked into our room very easily. The room was beautiful. It was clean. It was bright, and then we made our way down to have a bite to eat and have a cocktail at the bar we were greeted by the Bartender, Carmen, a lovely lady who was engaged in conversation with two other people at the bar, laughing and friendly and warm when she came to us she continued that same feeling of laughter and warmth and we had a lovely evening at the bar with delicious food and wonderful cocktails. It’s nice to know that customer service still exists and we would definitely recommend the Hilton Garden Inn again.

8.0Close by the airport and restaurants Clean Breakfast was expensive but good
− We left my husband's medicine in the room refrigerator. We called the hotel, they said they would get with housekeeping and call me back the next morning. 2 weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them.
