10.0Check-in was quick. They acknowledged our anniversary and we got upgraded to a nicer room without asking. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Hotel is showing signs of wear (especially the couches at Sphere bar). Gym was a decent size for an airport hotel.

10.0We didn’t end up spending a huge amount of time at the hotel as we arrived quite late and had an early morning flight but this was perfect for anybody flying into or out of Heathrow and wanting somewhere to spend the night.

4.0Hallway was dark, room was dirty. As an AMX Platinum member, I won't book this hotel again. Has Sofitel lost its status?

8.0Although this is quite a walk from terminal 5, I would highly recommend this location. Transportation into London was free and transportation to other terminals is close by.
