It was a good stay overall.

− Our room looked like someone just left it. Had to ask if it was clean. Housekeeper said they had a new housekeeper and she didn’t know what to do and they were going back and fixing her things. She assured me our room was cleaned.

8.0This is conveniently located and quiet. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they accommodated some special requests. Our room was spacious, with plenty of plugs and USB ports and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond any I've seen in recent years, with a wide variety of choices to suit any appetite. My only complaint was the design of the bathroom, which, despite being an accessible room, was not designed well for a wheelchair to get around in. I had to close the door in order to just wash my hands. Overall, a delightful stay and I would return again, should the opportunity arise.

Very nice hotel.
10.0We stayed here for one night on our way to Dallas. The hotel was great. The check-in was first rate, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express over the years and unfortunately some are a hit or miss. This one was great and we appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Will stay here again when we're in the area.
