8.0The staff were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. Toni was exceptional running the breakfast. So friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Both Cliona and Jade on reception were lovely, had great banter about the Hurling Final. The friendliness of all the staff is a credit to the hotel.
− Only downside was the lack of air-conditioning in the bedroom. The portable fan provided unfortunately did not help. The room was absolutely melting. It was very uncomfortable.

9.0Easy to access , close to the area we needed to be.
− Window handles were broken , couldn't close window , allowing flies etc in and also the very busy road is nosiy with the windo open. We went to breakfast at 9am and there was very little to choose from , we had to ask for pastries , brown bread , butter , the yogurt was in an open bowl , with flies around.

7.0Breakfast was very good.large variety of options to have.room was fairly good.one negative was pillows as were very flat.rooms could do with an upgrade and air condition would be a bonus.great to be able to use pool ,jacuzi etc.
