10.0Great experience at check in and every other person we met also made eye contact and greeted us. For what it is, is great - spacious and clean room, nice pool and hot tub. Don’t know if I will be back to Hamilton again but if I am, I will being staying here. Very comfortable hotel and easily the best option in town from what I have seen.
