First room..Smeared Make-Up Sheets, Second room..damp and smoke-ridden and third room.. handprints smeared all over the

Close to the highway, so we could continue our trip headed to VA, Fredericksburg.

− One of the biggest species we had was the fact that we kept having to change rooms because of severe issues. The first room had makeup smeared on the pullout sofa.. once I told the office staff they allowed for me to change rooms and when we went to move to the room right across that one smelt damp and like cigarettes, even though it was a smoke free listed room… (both on the 2nd floor)… After making my second complaint about the second room, change with all of my children.. they offered yet another room change, but couldn’t guarantee the quality of that room either.. this room on the third floor.. though it was better than the first two rooms. It’s still barely met the standards, but by now it was already 10 PM and there was nothing that me and my five children could do…. I don’t ever see myself returning to this Comfort Inn, AGAIN! What an inconvenience this was and poor experience for me and my children on our first Visit in GA! :(

It was a short last minute stay, I wouldn’t stay again.

Convenient location, good price!

− The furniture in the room was dirty looking and not in good repair, sleeper sofa cushions zippers were broken. Pool area had broken plastic chairs and peeling paint.
