Nice enough hotel but not as we remembered it.
7.0Good location, great rooftop pool and bar areas with fantastic views. The guest expertise contact, Yaiza, was very attentive and professional. Housemaids very efficient and pleasant.
− We’ve stayed here before and think there are areas needing some attention; room feeling slightly dated and some loose paving around the pool and at the breakfast area.
Quiet, luxury and modern hotel
8.0Really good and modern hotel and a beautiful location if you want to be far away from the party business. It’s calm and comfortable and they really spoil you all the way down. The rooftop pool and the view are beautiful and I really liked the Spa amenities. The staff are friendly and forthcoming. The food is excellent. I would recommend it and come back. It’s between 8 and 9 points really :)
− There are little things that could be improved : - noice between the rooms. It really lacks insulation, but if you ask a quiet room, at least off season they will try to live up to it, - the rooms are modern, but the configuration of the lights and air condition need checking, - the lifts fell out half of the time, but there were enough alternative present, - the orientation in the hotel is quite difficult and needs time to find everything, - the rooftop pool should be heated. For Ibiza itself : - it readily is expensive and not for everyday vacation. The hotel is no exception. And I still can’t believe beverage without alcohol is as expensive as with alcohol in it. 16€ for a virgin mojito is a number. - the beaches don’t get cleaned in the winter season, but that’s quite normal for Europe.

− Al ristorante da rivedere un po’ il menù andrebbe rinnovato un po’ rispetto a gli anni precedenti e i prezzi dei contorni un po’ esagerati per il contenuto esempio un piattino di riso in bianco come contorno 15€ esagerato sembra una presa in giro
