− We had a hard time to book one of the rooms in the hotel, not in the motor lodge. We had to go through booking.com

− Guy working the front desk was very rude. My booking through here apparently didn’t get sent to them or their system wasn’t working and he seemed very bothered that he had to manually put everything in, even though I was the only person that needed to be helped.
