10.0De toda a estadia o que mais se destacou foi o bom tratamento de toda equipe, desde limpeza, recepção, cozinha, até recreação. Funcionários alegres, educados, receptivos e bem capacitados.

7.0O café da manhã é bom , tem bastante variedade e área da piscina muito boa também .
− Elevador panorâmico quebrado nos quatro dias que estivemos no hotel , tinha uma única opção de elevador no momento que tínhamos que dividir com os prestadores de serviço , chegava sempre cheio e ficávamos por muito tempo aguardando para poder subir até o quarto . A porta por várias vezes não abria com o cartão de acesso e tínhamos que ficar indo na recepção para resolver a questão acesso . O banheiro mesmo após a limpeza não tinha um cheiro agradável . Moveis antigos . Muito barulho nos corredores .
