− Staff was passive aggressive. Door wasn't sealed so you could see out into the hallway. Windows aren't insulated and there was music playing outside until 2am so impossible to sleep

− Čekali smo oko 40-ak minuta da uđemo u smeštaj, jer nije bio očišćen, iako smo najavili dolazak u 14:00.
