10.0Lovely historic, spacious and gracious hotel, both room and public spaces. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the cool bright internal courtyard was delicious and abundant. I had dinner one nite and it was also delicious. Not often one's expectations are exceeded, but they were here. Highly recommend.

10.0Schöne Unterkunft, kostenloses Upgrade auf größeres Zimmer (fast schon eine ganze Wohnung!), gute Lage, tolles Team. Sehr gutes Frühstück, und als wir am letzten Tag abreisen mussten um zum Flughafen zu fahren, bekamen wir früh morgens ein Frühstückspaket zum Mitnehmen und ein Mitarbeiter hat noch Koffer nach draußen getragen. Es war alles prima!
It was like goint back in time. The dinint chairs, the tiles, hamam all so authentic.
8.0The old world charm! I loved that the original tiles and furniture was all there, had not been modernized and destroyed like so many other Riads. It was authentic and exactly what I wanted.
− The wifi in our room on the second floor, just did not work - ever. It was only available in the courtyard downstairs. And there were alot of mosquitos in the courtyard without any coils or netting. They bite and this can be easily prevented.

10.0The staff was amazing!! Everyone from the owner, who took over for his parents, to the porter to the kitchen staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. They helped with every question we had, and even helped us get our train tickets to Marrakech.
