− When I approached the front desk to check out, the female check out morning staff member who looked at me, no smile, no greeting, from the back room, continued to chit chat about someones birthday, and didn't come to check me out. I left my key on the counter...I guess that is what I was suppose to do... It is a small thing. Though it is not a good thing to ignore customers.

− Desk staff were absent most of the time. Had to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes just to check in and check out.
