A very enjoyable stay. Cardiff is a great place to visit for a short break.
7.0First room was very small - dungeon size. Exchanged room much better. Breakfast very good . Coffee excellent. Location was ideal.
− Checking out was a bit traumatic. Accounting errors. Still awaiting resolution.
Great location to explore Cardiff
9.0The room was nice because it had enough space for two large suitcases and had an a/c. The location is excellent right in the heart of Cardiff. The breakfast was a buffet-style and had plenty of choice.

− Very dated. Rooms need upgrading. Furniture had 3 different types of handles. Rooms are not 4 star
