10.0Staff very helpful, and accommadating. Made sure everything was as it should be ..had pizza for dinner and it was lovely
− Not staff fault however fire alarm went off at 4am ish due to someone smoking in room , had to evacuate hotel and couldn’t get back to sleep . Staff very apologetic and helpful on situation . Food for brekkie could have been a little hotter but tasty !

8.0The staff were very friendly and welcoming
− A fire alarm went off at 4:30am, due to a customer smoking in a room. Staff dealt with it as quickly as possible and it was not their fault, but it did interrupt our sleep significantly. We also found the beds very hard.
Really enjoyed the night ..staff were very good .
