9.0The staff was very pleasant and engaging especially a server named Santiago. We loved him. The place was clean and they had excellent buffet selections.
− The beach water was dirty and overtaken by seaweed. They really could have invested time in cleaning it off the shore line at least. Im disappointed that I couldn't go into the water. It looked too scary.

− 1. Pas mal de sargassum (algues) dans la mer et sur la page - service de nettoyage de la plage dépassé 2. Carrelage de la piscine décollé à de multiples endroits (rénovation de fond nécessaire) 3. Surfacturation importante à l'arrivée, pour erreur d'encodage lors de la réservation (no de réservation 5029.350.117) - voir détails ci-dessous Ma plainte ci-dessous concerne une surfacturation excessive pour corriger, à notre arrivée, une erreur de saisie faite lors de notre réservation. En fait, nous avons voyagé en famille, 3 adultes et un enfant. Au moment de la réservation, la chambre des parents nous revient à 3.470 euros, la chambre d'enfants (1 majeure et une fille mineure) à 3.036 euros. Lors de la réservation, j'avais mis l'âge de notre fille à 1 ans, or qu'elle a 14 ans. Ma faute, je l'avoue. A l'arrivée, cette erreur a été détectée et corrigée par le personnel de la réception. Le problème est qu'on nous a imposé une facture additionnelle de presque 2.400 USD!!! La chambre de nos enfants nous a été facturée donc à environ 5.400 euros, donc 2.000 euros plus chère que la nôtre!!! Je trouve ça complètement exagéré et abusif. Payer une différence est ok mais pas de cette dimension. Pas moyen de discuter avec le personnel de l'hôtel, on a tout essayé. Possible que Booking.com intervienne pour un remboursement au moins partiel du surcoût facturé? Je vous remercie par avance, Karl Rawert

6.0The entertainment was superb, they had a different show every day and the shows were well done. The waiters and buss boys offered exceptional service in the restaurants.
− Everything else! Like where do I begin. We had to change rooms because our rooms weren’t cleaned. The second room was not cleaned either but we gave up. Cleaning staff - needs to be fired or retrained. They don’t clean only spread the bed. When they enter they leave no towels, no body products, no toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk everyday to get towels. Food - Horrible and salty. They theme the nights but it’s the same thing every night and it wasn’t good at all.
