10.0We stayed for 1 night as part of a New England road trip. We were met by the owner on arrival who could not have been more helpful. He suggested a number of places to eat. The room was clean and tidy and included bottles of water, soap etc. The breakfast had many choices and all were fresh. Would stay again

2.0This was not a great experience! First we were put in the Motel part-not acceptable--creepy, awful. Then he put us in the regular part of the hotel--better, but still problems--outdated, hair dryer didn't work, ice machine didn't work. Breakfast---yogurt not on ice just out--not willing to take my chances. Needs a ton of improvements--not worth the money at all.
