Our stay could’ve been better but it also could’ve been worse. The staff was great
3.0The property is pretty close to everything so that was nice
− It was partly my fault but when we booked our stay for Memorial Day weekend (Sunday-Tuesday) I didn’t realize that the waterpark was only open Fri-Sun. The person at the front desk was helpful and nice and did offer for us to check out a day early but we decided to stay. When we walked into our room there was a green Coke bottle top in the floor and a candy wrapper on the night stand, other than that it seemed clean at first but at first impressions it didn’t appear to be clean. I also was not a fan of when our air would kick on it would smell like weed and the elevator also smelled like cigarettes. Neither my husband or I smoke and had to explain to our two children what those smells were. I was not aware the hotel allowed dogs, a dog down the hall from us barked frequently throughout the night. Our kids had fun and that was the main point, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not worth what we paid until the Waterpark is complete on open.
5.0It’s in a great location near everything in Branson. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. You could tell they’re really putting effort in to updating the places, it’s just got a long way to go. Our room was clean too.
− We stayed the first weekend the water park was allegedly supposed to be open. The parts they did open had freezing cold water so kids had desire to swim. The one small pool that had warmer water was naturally packed so it was tough for our 5 year old twins to swim. They also randomly shut the one pool down randomly during posted operation hours one afternoon because it wasn’t busy enough.
