New England trip
10.0Great location and beautiful farm. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Staff was great. We had dinner at the inn. Great selections and reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Wonderful stay
10.0My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Quechee Inn. We enjoyed the live music at the Tavern with some great drinks. We loved the environment and how historic the entire place is. We had an amazing dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend staying here, it's a beautiful place.
Stay away from here.
2.0Don’t stay here. It is very rundown and musty. Innkeeper was argumentation and rude when we voiced our concerns. We ended up leaving and losing our money because it wasn’t worth putting up with the conditions and poor treatment. Save yourself a bad experience and stay elsewhere.
Quaint spot, shower freezing cold
10.0I enjoyed my stay at the Quechee Inn. My room was lovely. I had dinner at the restaurant on the property and enjoyed it very much. I was alone but felt very safe there, even being on the ground floor. My one negative was that, although I let the water run for a very long time, it never got warm so I could not take a shower. When I mentioned it to the front desk, the clerk just mumbled something and shook it off. Other than not being able to shower I did like the room.
A decent option for a beautiful but expensive region in Vermont
6.0The Quechee Inn, built in 1793, may appear a bit worn, but that’s understandable given its age. Located conveniently, it offers reasonably priced accommodations compared to other options we explored. Although the pub closes early, it seems fitting considering the low demand after 8 or 8:30 p.m. The restaurant’s food was decent, and the buffet breakfast provided a great start to our day. One morning, we had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast in a beautiful outdoor space. However, as early risers, we found it challenging to wait until 7:30 a.m. for the coffee carafes to be ready.
A favorite Vermont getaway.
10.0Quiet and scenic location. Comfortable rooms and public spaces. Excellent bar and restaurant. Free coffee and hot breakfast. Good value.
