Der Ausblick , draussen beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse als auch aus dem Hotelzimmer im 2 Stock. Frühstück war Abwechslungsreich. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war ein guter Service. Es ist auch sehr ruhig dort.

− Es gibt leider keine Konstruktion für Wäsche zu trocknen auf dem Balkon.

Hotel vicino al centro di Mellieha, con bella vista sulla baia e suggestiva piscina fronte mare. Camere spaziose, moderne e pulite, letto molto ampio e comodo. Staff cordiale e disponibile

− Nulla, se proprio vogliamo cercare il pelo nell'uovo al massimo un po' più di varietà nella colazione, che comunque era buona.

Struttura molto carina e strategica nell area nord di Malta, a pochi minuti da paradise bay e dall imbarco dei traghetti per Gozo. Camera comoda con affaccio sul tramonto veramente bellissimo. Possibilità di cenare e pranzare in struttura. Cordialità alla reception. Bella la piscina con vista.

− Non c era una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, doccia piccola, colazione un po’ limitata nella scelta.

The view was undoubtedly the most amazing part. A beautiful sunset and a great pool for late afternoons.

− The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the shower had low water pressure. Breakfast was very repetitive, and there weren't many options for those who want to eat healthier in the morning. It's very easy to get there by car; we walked there a few times, but it's quite a distance from the beaches.

The hotel is well located and offers amazing views. Overall, I would rate it a solid 6 or 7 out of 10. The food served at the restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced. The pool is pleasant, and the rooms are cleaned every day.

− On the last day of our stay, someone entered our room to paint the ceiling without our knowledge or consent. It is true that the hotel apologised and gave us another room of the same type, but the damage had already been done. Someone had been inside our room, and we had no idea for how long, whether they had touched or moved any of our belongings, whether they had covered them properly or taken appropriate care while carrying out the work. Although we have not noticed any damage so far, we should never have been placed in this situation. They could simply have waited until we checked out the following day before carrying out the work. The smell of paint was nauseating, but the feeling that our private space had been invaded was even worse. We also found it difficult to understand how anyone could expect us to sleep in a room filled with paint fumes, particularly during extremely hot weather. We had to spend part of our day changing rooms, which meant that we were no longer able to visit the beach we had planned to go to. The incident also affected our mood for the rest of the day. Once again, the hotel apologised and offered us another room, which we acknowledge. However, this is something that should never have happened in the first place. Booking contacted the hotel on our behalf to request a partial refund, but the hotel refused. An apology and a replacement room were appreciated, but they did not compensate for the loss of time, the disruption to our plans or the feeling that our privacy had been violated. There were also some smaller issues that appeared to affect several guests, including breakfast items not being replaced despite arriving 30 minutes before closing and staff beginning to close parasols and encourage people to leave the pool area around 30 minutes before the advertised closing time, which caused visible dissatisfaction and created the impression that guests were no longer welsome.
