10.0Resort enorme, pulito, personale gentile, professionale e precisissimo. Non approfittano dei turisti, ma li accontentano, Hanno capito il segreto per soddisfare i clienti: Customer Care! Bravi!

10.0L’ensemble de l’établissement été bien . L’emplacement qui donne sur la mer , la sympathie du personnel , et la bonne nourriture.
− Nous avons adoré notre séjour au complet . Je remercie en général le personnel de l’hôtel qui a veillé à notre confort et à nos besoins. Je remercie en particulier le chef des cocktails qui nous a fait des cocktails de feu , le personnel du bar à la plage ( un grand bravo ) le personnel du Arbian nights , et la personne qui rangeait notre chambre et faisait des figurines marrantes avec les serviettes ( les enfants étaient très content ). Sans oublier la qualité et la variété de plats proposés.

8.0Het hotel is ruim en wijds opgezet. De meiden hebben erg genoten in het waterpark. Ook onze jongste dochter(3) mocht samen met mijn man van meerdere glijbanen. Onze dochter had kort voor vertrek de diagnose coeliakie gekregen en de chef heeft er echt alles aan gedaan om ook haar van goed eten te voorzien en vroeg geregeld hoe het met haar ging. De mensen/personeel waren allemaal even vriendelijk.
− Voor ons is de locatie toch te afgelegen. We houden van iets meer reuring in de omgeving. De afstand van onze kamer tot het restaurant was voor kleine kinderen best een stuk. Voor volwassene overigens echt prima te doen. We hebben een snorkeltrip geboekt bij de duikclub van het hotel. Hier ging veel mis. We zouden 45 minuten rijden maar dit bleek 1,5 tot 2 uur, het drinken zat er bij maar bleek niet zo te zijn en we zijn ook niet naar de plek gegaan die werd omschreven. We zouden om 9 uur sochtend maar dit kon in eens niet en werd 1 smiddags en een dag eerder. Mocht je willen snorkelen, dan kan dit ook echt heel goed voor het hotel vanaf de pier.
