− Had an email few weeks before booking date to say hotel was closed. I rang to check it wasn’t a scam. I was told the hotel is open your booking is still in place. Drove yesterday 2.5 hours to be told the hotel is not open to the public !!!! Looked like the hotel was housing other people for elsewhere !
