8.0Great staff service , shops and restaurants nearby and inside the hotel premises but the surrounding area is dirty , noisy and crowded. The hotel itself needs some upgrades, like hallway carpet, bathrooms and rooms need repainting, air vents need cleaning . Buffet breakfast has great selections .

10.0Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and bar. This hotel has multiple restaurants onsite. Quick walk to other restaurants and night life. Also close to site like the famous Lotus Temple.

10.0I have always found my visits over the years to the Eros Hotel in Delhi, first class in service, cleanliness, food and always get a good nights sleep. Just a pity the Eros does not have a loyalty programme!
