Good location. Overpriced. I think it is obscene that the city/local tax was almost 15%.
7.0The breakfast was ok but the portion was huge as well as the price. They could have taken off $10 and made the portion more reasonable as well.
− The noise from families of a million kids were screaming outside. I had to call to remind the staff about enforcing and monitoring the 10 pm quiet rule.

Excellent family stay
10.0Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Westin. The suite was incredibly spacious with a FULL kitchen. This allowed us to have a few meals in the hotel and save some money. My kids stayed in the sofa bed, which they said was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and there was bar service at the pool, which was a great plus if you wanted to grab a drink or a snack. My kids also enjoyed the bocce court (although they used it to play football :)). I also appreciated the 5 pm complimentary wine tasting. The location is also very convenient being close to Oxbow Public Market. Overall, this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and greatly appreciate the excellent customer service, cleanliness, and beauty of the grounds. My only pieces of constructive feedback would be (1) to not allow people to hog the cabanas by putting their stuff there and then leaving; (2) put in a sauna.

10.0This is my favorite hotel in Napa! The hotel is beautiful and the level of customer service is five star. I want to acknowledge Brenda at reception. She moved mountains to ensure that I had a great suite. I am a lifetime Platinum Elite membet and always recommend Bonvoy properties.
We would have preferred two bedrooms with en suite baths but were very comfortable in any case.

Recommend for a splurge in Napa!
10.0Stayed here for a conference. Everything was top notch! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily. The food at the conference was phenomenal and everything was gorgeous. The staff were constantly refreshing the food and drinks with a smile. The pool was perfect temperature! They provided free water bottles throughout our stay. You are right across from the Napa wine train. There is a walking path behind the hotel called the Napa River Trail that is very peaceful. You can walk to downtown in 10-15 minutes. You can also walk to bike rental shops, walmart, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend!
