8.0Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig. Am Pool ist das Wasser angenehm, eher kühler. Das Essen war gut. Der Fitnessraum war sehr gut.
− Sehr langsame Rezeption-Dame beim Check-In. Es wurde uns von Anfang an mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel 10€/Tag als Trinkgeld verrechnet und wir wurden gefragt, ob wir einverstanden sind damit. Obwohl ich gesagt habe, dass ich erst beim Check-Out entscheiden möchte, nur wenn ich zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt bin, wurde uns zum Schluss die Rechnung mit 10€/Tag Trinkgeld fertig gestellt, ohne zu fragen. Das finde ich nicht korrekt! Wir haben Trinkgeld im Restaurant bei Abendessen gegeben und ich fand es übertrieben mit dem fixen Betrag von 10€/Tag. Sowas habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel gesehen.

9.0A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a szálloda tiszta, a szoba kènyelmes, tágas. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak.
− Az egyetlen, ami miatt nem adok 10/10-et az az volt, hogy a szobában nagyon hangos a klíma időnként, éjjel ez kifejezettem zavaró volt.

− Die Handtücher auf den Zimmern haben etwas nach Essen gerochen, aber das war auch wirklich das Einzige was wir auszusetzen hatten.
