9.0Nice accommodations, great restaurant, friendly staff, included breakfast was good. The family suite was spacious; we enjoyed having two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed.

10.0This place was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was super comfy and they even bake their own oatmeal cookies in house! We will use this hotel again when we pass through Ridgway.

8.0Customer service from pm manager(woman) exceeded our expectations! She was super friendly, helpful, smiled, made us feel welcomed. The location is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable.
− TV was difficult to work, even Mgr had issues. Couldn't watch much, and when you could, there was no sound.

6.0It’s a very cute spot on a great location. The Mountain View from my rooms was phenomenal.
− The rooms were not sound proof at all so you could hear you neighbors the whole time and made it seem much less private.
Very disappointed stay in middle of beautiful high mountains but can’t see them from our rooms
4.0The old man at check in very nice and helpful. The welcome cookies are very delicious and the welcome drink bottles are excellent
− Very bad design of the space and functions of the building. Bedroom 1 has a huge window open to the outside corridors and stairs. Another bedroom has a huge window open to next door’s balcony. People outside can clearly see the whole bedroom . We have to close all the curtains and see nothing The corridors have many water marks and look very dirty. The ceramic floor tiles at the walkway were removed but not fixed. Stone laying floor at the pool has many cracks
