Shocking service - not 5 star!
1.0The rooms were big.
− The staff were very rude in the restaurant and argued with guests regarding the very poor service. Coffee and meals took more than 45mins to be delivered, and it was cold. This exceptionally bad level of service and conduct is not acceptable for a so called “5 star” place. It was a very stressful environment that ruined the holiday day.
