9.0-Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende in allen Bereichen -Tolle Gartenanlage mit schönem Ausblick und großem Pool - gute vegane Optionen am Frühstücksbuffet (pflanzliche Milch, veganer Joghurt, veg. Käse und Frischkäse) - aufgrund eines frühen Check-Outs wurde uns ermöglicht, vor allen anderen Frühstück vom Buffet zu nehmen -insgesamt sehr ruhiges Ambiente (viele Menschen über 70, keine Party-Menschen) Uns hat es trotz der Kritikpunkte sehr gut gefallen!
− - obwohl das Hotel wusste, dass wir beide vegan leben (war vorher schriftlich angekündigt und auch nochmal beim Check in besprochen) fand sich trotzdem wiederkehrend nicht vegane Schokolade, Pralinen etc auf dem Zimmer. Sich so etwas zu notieren und dann vegane Alternativen ins Zimmer zu stellen, macht den Unterschied zwischen einem guten und sehr guten Service aus -viele Brötchen und Brote waren leider nicht vegan, auch die Wurstalternative war vegetarisch. Da könnte man auch auf eine vegane Optionen umsteigen, die dann alle essen könnten -auch die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die über den Tag im.poolbereich verteilt wurden (Eis, Cocktails) waren oft nicht vegan, es wurde dann auch keine Alternative angeboten. -auch in dieser Preisklasse lassen sich Menschen morgens vor dem Frühstück ihren perfekten Liegeplatz aufbauen und verschwinden dann für mehrere Stunden. Wer nach einem späten Frühstück in den Garten kommt, kann nur noch in die 2. Oder 3. Reihe -Unser Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

10.0La atención del personal fue exquisita. Desde las recepcionistas, hasta la limpiadora y los camareros. El buffet exquisito. En nuestro caso solo acudimos al desayuno. La habitación es muy amplia, silenciosa, con aire acondicionado y supercómoda. La piscina bastante amplia. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Desconectamos 100%.
