− But we could hear the other rooms voice and couldn’t sleep whole night. The curtain was torn and old.

Lack of empathy
2.0The coffee and location. Lol
− The floor was under construction. Rooms across infront also to my right and left construction everywhere. Dust , glue and ripped up carpeting I was coughing and sneezing. I complained at front desk they kept saying that I was a 3rd party booking?? Seem like you have some work to do here. I am still in shock from this experience. I have picture an video of the mess that I was placed in. This is not normal. I am very disappointed. I choose your services because of the relationship and trust that I developed with bookings. I have recommended family and friends to use bookings and do. Sincerely disappointed.
