6.0− During our visit, early in the morning, the fire alarms went off while I was in the coffee shop. I evacuated as expected. At no time did staff some out to see if all were accounted for or to see if we had any concerns. My husband was still sleeping and slept through the alarm. Had this been real, it would have been catastrophic. When I spoke to front desk they said they'd pass on the message to the manager. It seemed like no systems were in place for guest safety.
