− la restauration... elle n'est pas en phase avec le niveau de l'hôtellerie. Ce n'est pas le côté 'petite restauration' que nous critiquons. Nous étions prévenus et cela nous convenait parfaitement. C'est simplement la qualité de ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette qui doit être revue avec plus d'exigence. Heureusement le cadre et la sympathie du personnel font que ça passe....
