2.0− I arrived with my luggages at 1 pm surprised by finding no one at the reception , they left a note to say that the reception aint available 24h/24h like any normal establishment, i had to stay outdoors cuz they didnt even leave a chair or a space to wait in , result 1h30 of waiting with my old father !
