An extraordinary hotel in an exquisitely beautiful place.
10.0Hotel Kempinski is extraordinary. It is beautiful, immaculately clean and well-staffed. The room was spacious and had a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Breakfast was wonderful! Hot and cold foods, servers to augment the buffet, and all was delicious. The spa is luxurious and clean. Dinner was what might be expected at a Michelin-starred place. All in all, one of the best hotels in the world.

10.0Ještě nikdy jsem nedal tak vysoké hodnocení, ale tento hotel si to opravdu zaslouží. Absolutně skvělý servis, personál je skutečně velmi profesionální a příjemný. Tak jak to má být. Wellness, lobby bar a vše ostatní nabídnou ten nejlepší zážitek. Rád se znovu vrátím.
− Nic mě nenapadá. Snad jen, že na pokoji nebyly hned po mém příjezdu v krabičce papírové kapesníky. Pokud je ale taková hloupost skutečně jediným, co mi chybělo, tak dávám nejvyšší hodnocení.

9.0The service, as well as staff and restaurant were really great. I felt welcomed and well informed about my options during the stay, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
− The parking spots were not reserved for each guest, while there was plenty of space to park, it felt more like a public car park rather than a fancy hotel parking lot. No underground garages were available.
