− Detalles que son oportunidades de mejora como: * Dar agua de cortesía * Mejorar la temperatura de las duchas, demora en calentar y el agua estaba bastante fría. * Se escucha mucho ruido de las conversaciones de todos lados, falta insonorizar.
Cuidado con el impuesto extra que cobran
8.0El hotel es muy bonito a nivel estético y cuenta con un correcto desayuno y piscina. Habitación amplia y limpia.
− Es totalmente ilegal tratar de cobrar un impuesto que no viene especificado en Booking en ninguna parte. Tener que batallar a las 2 de la madrugada después de 8 horas de viaje en autobús porque pretenden cobrar un precio diferente al acordado en la web es muy desagradable. Nos trataban de hacer creer que es Booking quien lo cobra cuando en otros hoteles en Perú no lo hemos pagado; es un impuesto del propio hotel. Hotel muy ruidoso; es dificultoso dormir y descansar.

A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802.
