− I loved everything, it was a convenient location!
It a decent hotel for the money when we come to Louisville.
7.0Convenient location to family, and breakfast is usually decent.
− Because we didn’t during the day until 11 or 12 our room never got cleaned. The air conditioning was very loud when it went on and off. The toilet self flushed randomly. We assumed it had to do with adjacent room flushing.
Clean comfortable with a friendly staff.
9.0The staff was super helpful and extremely kind! We love the coffee machine machines in the lobby! The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the pool and the spa hot tub. The highlight was the comfortable beds!
