8.0The rooms are very nice, and the food in the pub was excellent. The only negatives were that the only breakfast available mid week was some pastries, which I must have missed on booking, and with the shower on hot, it was tepid and the bed was a little soft for me. Overall. Very good though.

Worth the drive to this out of the way village!
10.0Lovely innkeeper. Beautiful room in converted stables. The food was fabulous…hands down the best of our trip. In fact dinner was one of the best meals I’ve had in years!

10.0The star inn offers an excellent service especially for visitors travelling with dogs. We were allocated a room in a barn renovation. It had a clever mix of high specs renovation and rural feel to it. The staff were very generous with their time and attention to us. We ate at the inn on our first night and the menu was top rate which included a majority of fresh locally sourced produce. I would highly recommend for anyone passing through this area. Very good value for money.
