Best place to stay in Germantown, TN
10.0I cannot say enough wonderful thing about the hotel and the amazing staff. We had a horrible experience with a hotel in Memphis from another chain. (vehicle break in with no security or working cameras) A Memphis police officer recommended this hotel which spoke volumes. The GM Mr. Rick and the Sales Mgr. Ms. Hemmy quickly accommodated us with a room at the last minute. They bent over backwards to ensure our stay and safety with them was the last thing we had to worry about. They were kind enough to allow us a late check out the following day in order to have our vehicle window replaced. I also want to recognize the other staff members that made our stay an excellent experience: Andrew (Front Desk), Chris (Front Desk) and Ramasha (Front Desk). The management and full staff didn't just go through the motions as you see in other hotels or chains, they truly cared.

10.0Very pleasant stay. Hotel surrounded by green space, very quiet, restful. Close to major roadways but somehow because of trees, no road noise. Staff helpful & accommodating. Beds very comfy room clean.

Outstanding hotel
10.0Very clean, quiet, well-maintained hotel. The management is exceptional, and cares about their guests. I was there for a funeral and the managers went out of their way to assist me. Highly recommend.
Comfort, but alas, no longer the extra perks of our Holiday Inn stays.
8.0The location and the comfort of the bed was exceptional.
− We had a second floor room, and when we got to it, loaded down with our luggage, neither electronic key card worked. While I stood guard over our luggage, my husband rode the elevator back to the first floor to have the cards fixed. He then rode back up, only to find one card working. Also, what happened to the usual coffee pots in the room? That is a big perk for us. The complementary shower caps? The little extras that we relied on during our Holiday Inn visits? We paid far more for his room than our past Holiday Inn stays, and it was stripped down of these complementary items. If this is the new way of Holiday Inn, we’ll probably start seeking out other hotels.
