10.0The staff were so friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a kettle provided which is unusual in Italy. The free breakfast was very much appreciated, thank you!

10.0I had a wonderful stay at Merulana Guest House. The accommodation was quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Rome. A special mention goes to Karen, Julia, Kerina and Elena, who were all attentive, helpful and incredibly friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel so welcome throughout my stay. Their warmth and kindness really made a difference. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Rome’s main attractions and Termini Station. The Basilica of Saint Mary Major is just two minutes away, and I particularly enjoyed watching the late-evening Mass on the steps of this beautiful basilica. It was a truly special experience and a lovely memory to take home. Merulana Guest House really felt like a home away from home, thanks to the comfort, cleanliness and wonderful staff. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Rome! Thank you to everyone for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. ❤️
