10.0Warm welcome every day ,anytime by the host, that's what makes this accomodation soo special.Feels like I'm going home to visit an old well known friend. We had breakfast normal english and also special requests for pancakes (ofcourse the kids requrested, you know) what's not listed on menu. Maciek sorted out no problem and it was great. We had dinner which was a massive size not to mention was delicious and reasonably priced as well. Dinig room is absolutely pristine. Parking was fairly easy on street most of the time front of the motel and it's FREE. Tram STOP is 1 min. walk away down to the bottom of the street. For a family all day ticket 2 adults and kids. £15 and you can use it on buses as well. Blackpool tower 🗼 about 25min easy walk. − We had the family room which lacks of furniture, but had a hanger rail for coats and hoodies& jumpers and 3 sidetables, which were perfect for the summer light clothes and shorts, depend how many nights you stay. Obviously we had few things with 2 kids for 4 nights. Not really an issue just would point this out. Although the place is under refurbishment so it's improving every year.

10.0outstanding owners who always go out of their way to make your stay great. breakfast was gorgeous. location was out of the way so it was nice and quiet. ultra clean rooms. great prices for on site drinks. we couldnt ask for more..
