9.0Good communication, easy and friendly check in, rooms exactly as described/photos, beautifully clean and plenty of space for luggage, toiletries and drinks in the room. Nice outdoor space at front, great views from front bedrooms! Breakfast was superb and freshly cooked, along with additional choices and fresh juice. Would absolutely stay again. We both got parking spaces on front opposite Balmoral, but there are also nearby car parks is needed. Owners and team all very friendly and helpful with local information.

10.0Lovely stay! Very kind staff, and breakfast is excelent. The location of the hotel is fab, first line of the bay. Comfy beds and nice and quiet nights. The best of it is their ownners', Carl & Viv, welcoming and accomodating.
− I should have booked a bed with a view to the bay. The view of the sunsets is breathtaking.

10.0Room was lovely with the most beautiful view over the bay …. Was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Plenty hanging space and socket with usb which was convenient. Very nice sitting room to relax in the evening and a fridge in this room that can be used for your own supplies if required. Carl and Viv the owners are very friendly and Carl was an excellent host at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt really looked after. We also enjoyed all Carl’s stories about the jobs he has had - a few of which surprised us ( make sure to ask him! ). Was also interesting to learn that the hotel featured in an episode of “The Bay” shown on ITV. Thanks for a lovely stay! Tip: we drove through Heysham after leaving which is a lovely little village overlooking Morecambe Bay and is only a 5min drive from the hotel. Ronda & Gill, Dundee
− The only thing I can say as a negative was the sound the toilet made when flushing and also when using the shower. I’m assuming this was down to the pipes in the building and not something that can be easily fixed.
