Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt im Carson Haus, es gibt nur insgesamt 7 Zimmer, aber das Ehepaar, das den Laden schmeißt ist super nett und wir konnten mit allen Fragen zu Ihnen kommen. Auch konnten wir unsere Rucksäcke den Tag über im Hotel lassen zur Aufbewahrung. Die Zimmer waren super, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Erhöhung, und zwei Betten. Es war durch eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Super süß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Essen war auch super, alles bestens ;-)

Rob & Belinda are fantastic hosts. This B&B is their own family business and they live onsite. This makes staying at this accommodation special. They are very attentive to the needs of their guests. I requested GF toast and it was provided. Breakfast is personally delivered to your table by Rob. Belinda welcomes you on arrival. The rooms are small, including the bathroom, however they are nice and clean and comfortable for a night's rest. There is a pub next to the accommodation and I stayed on England World Cup night. No noise pollution whatsoever. There are great places to eat lots of nice pubs with good food and a Tesco Metro supermarket on the high street. This B&B is a great base to explore Penzance and the Lands End area. The front view of the property is the mainline Penzance station, but the bonus is that the accommodation is about 5 minutes from Penzance Station and trains to e.g. Bristol, Scotland, London.

− The City of Penzance is itself underwhelming. It is definitely suffering from the lack of investment. No major high street shops. The sea front promenade is littered with discarded plastic, glass bottles and cans. People walk their dogs and do not clean up. Sad really as it would be a beautiful city with some TLC and love. However, on the bright side the location of Carnson House for exploring other parts of stunning beautiful Cornwall makes staying here a real treasure as a base. I would definitely book to stay here again.

All went to plan for our trip to Isles of Scilly and we were close to station for return journey.

Breakfast was excellent, and the location g for our requirements. Staff too were welcoming and helpful.

− Right on a main street and next to a bar. So windows open was noisy. Windows closed was stuffy.
