This accommodation far exceeded our expectations for bed and breakfast.
10.0The property is licensed and has a small bar for guests' convenience - an excellent facility. The breakfast was superb, the host and hostess were welcoming and extremely helpful, the garden, which guests can use, was delightful, the place was spic and span and the price was very attractive for this level of comfort and attention to detail. There is a good pub just 50 yards along the road which served good food for evening meal - that was another bonus!

9.0Having travelled across from Salcombe where our holiday began, we received a warm welcome from our hosts for the next four nights of our visit to Devon. Good spacious room with a super king bed, comfy bed linen and ample en suite facilities. Particularly lovely to have surplus towels!! Although our room was at the front of the building, alongside a road through the town, we were not disturbed by noise from passing traffic in the town.
