For a bed and breakfast it did what it says on the tin.
7.0Breakfast was fine, there was food and it kept us going for the day, but we were only offered "full english" and there was very little else on offer, a few cereals and a little fruit, but not very well presented. Not as good as competing B&Bs in the same area. Room was fine, and clean and tidy.

10.0I was happy with everything really close to beach and easy access to town centre. The breakfast was great and the room with balcony overlooked the beach i would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

− I made b&b aware of serious allergies when I booked. I also let them know when i arrived. They didnt cater for this at breakfast. Some staff members didnt understand English when I explained allergies. Breakfast took over an hour to arrive and was poor quality. Skipped the next day breakfast because of this. Rooms were very hot my partner was sick in the night due to overheating. No fans provided. Room was not serviced the next day.
