10.0Amazing location. Great facilities and so many top activities for the kids. Fam favs were the ATV tour, the sand tobogganing and of course the dolphin feeding

10.0The food service was quick & efficient with good portion sizes! Room was comfortable & very quiet even in the middle of the day with lots of people outside the room was still fairly quiet surprisingly. The customer service at front desk over phone could use some work in manners & focus to helping the customer as best as possible - very short, clueless & rude answers with no solution tips or effort to solve or help. Otherwise the stay was 100% worth every minute & dollar!
