8.0In your marketing, you show garden space which one assumes all guests get some access too. But in fact it is only accommodation from the Manor House that can have access to via larger units. I found that disappointing when we arrived. And the single rooms are very small. Location was great, breakfast good, staff accommodating.

8.0I stayed here the year before and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room I stayed in this year didn’t feel quite as comfortable. The bathtub shower are slightly raised up, I could see it being a little less safe getting in and out for someone that is physically limited. The bed, while very comfortable, extended beyond the bathroom entry and therefore felt squeezed into place. Breakfast was generous but my coffee that’s served in a bodum leaked coffee grounds. Small things I realize, but enough not to rate it excellent.

10.0Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent. Room was cozy and very clean. Hotel breakfast was very tasty and filling. Beautiful area and easy to get around without car - we used bus and train. Would recommend. Can’t wait to return
