4.0Mooie locatie, mooi hotel
− Over het algemeen is het hotel mooi en verzorgd, maar de service heeft ons helaas teleurgesteld. Het personeel is erg strikt met de openingstijden. Zo werden om 23.00 uur de lichten uitgedaan terwijl we nog rustig iets aan het drinken waren, waardoor we ons niet echt welkom voelden. Daarnaast was ik zwanger tijdens ons verblijf. Hoewel het ontbijt volgens de informatie tot 10.30 uur beschikbaar was, mocht ik om 10.15 uur niet meer ontbijten. Dat vond ik erg teleurstellend en weinig gastvrij, zeker voor een vijfsterrenhotel. Van een hotel in deze categorie verwacht je meer flexibiliteit, begrip en een warmere service. Jammer, want hierdoor voldeed de ervaring niet aan de verwachtingen die bij een vijfsterrenhotel horen.
