10.0Location was great room Was clean and bed comfortable great hosts Our door handle broke and this was fixed straight away and Robby offered us a complimentary breakfast for the trouble which was lovely as he didn’t have to
− Shower was temperamental was either boiling or cold Breakfast was nice would be better with hash browns

− Found the bed a bit uncomfortable, wooden slated, could have been improved with a deeper mattress.
Quiet , comfortable and always clean.
10.0Within easy walking of the town centre and sea front, quiet area . It was nice to stay somewhere and interact with the owners , some properties you never see them . Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked
− Not much parking but Robbie gave up his parking space so I could park in the street
