10.0Brilliant b and b. We would happily stay here again. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Whole building was spotless. Hosts delightful. Breakfast delicious

8.0Adelaide & her family are friendly, welcoming hosts. They were able to provide helpful information e.g. best places to park on our days out, and kindly accommodated all our little requests. Spacious bathroom with a good shower, tea/coffee replenished daily, great breakfasts... overall good value for money and a handy location for exploring other parts of Cornwall.

10.0Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats. Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for . Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate. We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace. We had a very pleasant stay.

10.0Excellent B&B to stay in St Austell. The host was fantastic and very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. In close proximity to the train station and center of town, but not noisy, with very comfortable beds and clean room. Will definitely visit again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended.

8.0The accommodations were just what we needed. They were comfortable, safe, quiet, and had some of the most beautiful views of Cornwall. The family is kind, accomodating, and friendly.
