10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a great way to start the day. The staff was exceptional—professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel welcome and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great breakfast, and a pleasant overall experience. I would definitely stay here again.

10.0The hotel was absolutely lovely! We had an amazing stay. Everyone was so thoughtful, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary transportation, which made it so easy to get to dinner, the beach, and to and from the port. It was incredibly convenient! They also arranged an amazing boat excursion for us with a local travel service that was unforgettable. Oh, and we absolutely loved their spa :) Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious (had fantastic gluten free options as well) the service was exceptional, and we truly felt so well taken care of. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we visit Ischia!
− We honestly loved everything! If we had to mention one small thing, it would be that the bed was a bit firmer than our personal preference. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect. Grifo Hotel is one of the most beautiful and best hotels we’ve ever stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back!

10.0Beautiful surroundings and welcoming, helpful staff together with carefully designed menus meant we enjoyed a very restful couple of days without leaving the hotel. Communication prior to our stay was excellent.
Lovely stay in Ischia
9.0Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food and nice room with views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius from the garden. Great facilities and the shuttle bus to and from hotel to Ischia port was useful. A nice place to relax after a busy week in Sorrento and Amalfi coast.
− If there was a negative it would be location as rather remote and not easy to walk anywhere from hotel
