10.0Lovely old building with some beautiful original features. The rooms we had were extremely spacious and the beds were very comfortable, I certainly had a great night sleep! Breakfast was superb, a great varied menu and happy to make changes to suit. One big bonus was the enclosed garden which was great for the dogs. Sue and the staff we met were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back!

6.0We were welcomed Anne the facility for our dog was good. Plenty of outside space and if we wanted he would have been welcome in the dining area. The menu sounded very good but was actually basic and overpriced. We were shown to a table that still had the previous diners half drunk glass of water and their water jug. Cutlery was missing. It was a very cold day and I was looking forward to a bath but the bedroom and bathroom were unheated and the water tepid. Only one mug supplied in the room for two visitors
