We stayed here in May and the service was 5 star from the minute we arrived! We did have a slight problem with our room but once we notified reception they moved us to another room without hesitation! The food, the bars and the entertainment was outstanding and you can just see how hard everyone is working I wanted to especially mention the young man that came round cleaning sunglasses (Sulley I think but don’t think this is the correct spelling) he is an absolute credit to the hotel, after one conversation with us he remembered our names, we had so many great conversations with him and gave us lots of information on Turkey as this was our first visit to the country! Thank you to everyone at the Marden Palacewe had a wonderful holiday and loved it so much we are coming back in September with our Grandson! We look forward to seeing you all 😊

Aquamarine - must visit ala card in Mardan palace!

Rooms are a bit tired and not too bright. We came at 3am and were able to get the room only at noon. Freespace is not a good place as it’s dirty and fridge sounds like a tractor while working- we should have stayed in the lobby. Amazing food and ala card restaurant Aquamarine is beyond and above any other Turkish ala card restaurant- it’s purely fantastic, both food and the atmosphere. It’s a bit warm inside, so if the air conditioner would work a bit harder it would be just perfect.

We have been to this hotel about 5 times we always have the most amazing stay and honestly couldn’t fault it. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds that are kept spotless at all times. Everywhere you look is clean, well maintained, and luxurious. The food was one of the highlights of our holiday. There is so much choice, with 5+ à la carte restaurants as well as the main buffet. The 24-hour restaurant is brilliant if you fancy something at any time of the day or night. Everything we tried was delicious, especially the fresh sushi, fresh fish, and the incredible desserts! There are activities running every day, so there’s never a dull moment. We loved joining in with the yoga sessions, the football, and our absolute favourite was the floating sound bath such a unique and relaxing experience. The beach is right on the hotel’s doorstep, making it so easy to switch between the pools and the sea. Every evening there is fantastic entertainment, with something different each night, and it really made our holiday feel special. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They are friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Drink service is excellent too staff regularly come around to take your order so you rarely have to leave your subbed. The little extra touches really set this hotel apart. There is a great gym, a lovely ice cream parlour, staff bringing around cold towels to cool your face in the heat, and even someone who comes around cleaning your sunglasses! It’s these thoughtful details that make the experience feel truly five star. We genuinely had the best time and will of course be back. If you’re looking for a luxury all inclusive resort with incredible food, brilliant entertainment, endless activities, and outstanding service, Titanic Mardan is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

− Çocuklara aileler için çok uygun değil. Genelde görevliler iyi ama türkiye standartlarının altında hizmet var.

An amazing hotel. We loved every minute 😍 Staff were great, food lovely and lots to drink with wonderful waiter service with a smile. The entertainment was highly talented and it was great to watch the World Cup.here too. We hope to return next year, back to the same room would be great!
